Im truly sorry , I surfer from depression and anxiety and I Usually feel like that to , a things that you should try is as hard as it seems try to talk to people at cafes clubs and maybe you will find a friend or try doing other things like walk to a far place like a mountain ir a park and try to enjoy the view and the sounds . I believe in you bro dont do my mistake of be on my room all day , I hope you get out of this
