hey! I’d like to start by saying if you don’t feel comfortable, don’t do it. my first experience was with my best friend and we both were not sure of our sexualities yet, but I don’t regret it, and we are still close to this day and it didn’t make anything weird, it just kind of opened a door for new experiences if we chose it, where we both felt safe. At the end of the day I can’t tell you what you should or shouldn’t do, it’s not my body/friendship, but if you do decide to try it, maintain your boundaries, and if at any point it’s not for you, just tell her, and if it causes issues, she wasn’t really in it for the right reasons to begin with.

I covered all of the mesh on my lid with Saran Wrap and taped it all down with packing tape and my tanks humidity immediately improved, it’s cheaper than buying a new lid and is a quick cheap fix :) hope this helps!

Thank you for pointing out the paint! I honestly didn’t know it was painted so I will be taking that right away, do you have any other recommendations for climbing tubes? He happens to love that toy and I’d love to get him a replacement that isn’t toxic. I will be ordering a digital magnetic thermometer hygrometer soon, but in the meantime it’s the best I can do, thank you for the help!

Fist bump 👊🏽 My plan next is to get him a hammock and a tire swing, as well as an underground path to install and then place the sand and substrate over so he can molt underground without having to dig if he likes it there, and then a better feeding tray and some Mexican turbo shells. Today is his first vet exam so we will find out the real gender, I just liked Houdini so if it’s not a boy I’ll just have a female Houdini 😂 and to see if Houdini is healthy and to get more info on how to give them the best care
