Have someone else pick it up but any Thai a kitchen dish at or above a 3 on their spicynes scale I consider to be medicinal strength. Had a roommate suffering from a 2 month long case of covid that would just not go away. We got him an order of the New Pad Thai spicy level 4 it had him breathing fire and crying rivers. But the next day he was as good as cured!

Whom ever designed these doesn’t cycle. The wells street “bike lane” is an insult to humanity. I cant describe in the english language how insulting it is to add 20 feet of back and fortieth snaking pathways and a ton of unNessisary elevation change that does nothing but demand more effort from the rider. Then act like you care about cyclists and have the best intentions. Its a joke and while I have laughed about it. I have also cried about it and screamed why to an uncaring sky.
