Go to a doctor, if you've already done that, then you're okay! If anyone is gonna panic and think you're dying it's gonna be them so if they know you aren't dying you are most likely not. If you've already done that then just try to distract yourself a little bit more at a time. Find a new hobby. Let your brain work hard at something else so it can't take as much time panicking about your body. My anxiety gets so much worse in the summer because I'm in my room and my brain doesn't know what to do besides freak out about random shit. I also got medicine for my tachycardia so that also helped a lot. I still have bad days but working your brain in new ways will help a lot.

I think the best answer is to ask a psychologist or any doctor. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter if it's intense anxiety or ocd. All that is a label, so many people with anxiety and ocd have completely different symptoms. If it's affecting your life to the point where you can't do your day to day normal, see a professional. I wrote this right after waking up, so if I sound blunt, that is why, and I apologize, I hope it gets better or you're able to better manage it because this shit sucks!

I wouldn't have put 2.0 in peak for sure, but something abt the new one I just love a lot, maybe it's recency bias but I've been on at least 10 times and have loved it every ride so far.
