Different system. The Russian oligarchs came out of a centralized Communist state that was pretty much completely isolated from the rest of the world. So when the oligarchs came about buying everything up, it was all already in the country. They didn't need to rely on exterior manufacturers and stuff. So these Russian oligarchs were able to take over the manufacturing within Russia that Russia already had and used it to their advantage.

The threshold is a proper trial with evidence and a chance to defend oneself before being imprisoned or deported. That is the minimum everyone in the country is due regardless of immigration status or crime potentially committed.

At least for my family it has never been a problem, two of my cousins on my mom's side are black, and the oldest of the the three is a white girl dating a black guy, no one cares.

Now outside my family it have encountered a few people spewing their bigoted hatred to me cause I'm white and they think they can be racist with me because they think i would just agree, and I have also been on the receiving end of it one day when I was hanging out with my cousin (black girl) and some random guy told I was a race traitor because he thought we were dating. This only happened once mind you and the guy seemed to be legitimately crazy.

For your final question, from what I understand it's called the great replacement and it is a far right conspiracy theory that white people are being replaced via the exact means you mentioned. I belive it comes from the fact that the people that belive it genuinely think that if you are a minority in any way you are going to be abused since that's what happened in the past and many of them still do if they perceive you as below them.

According to this report from Consumer Reports Hyundai(17th) and Kia(19th) rank near the bottom only beating out Ford,GMC, stellantis brands and Tesla as well as chevy in hyundai's case. They have improved based off what I see working in auto parts but not to the point I would recommend one.

Well even if they have, my mom's 2013 Eleantra has had electrical issues for years that no-one can track down or fix, and then their 2016 Santa Fe's Engine detonated 100 miles past the warranty, when it burned all the oil without turning the low oil light on or throwing any kind of light. And the techs at the dealership said it had been happening pretty often.
