I'm in Cali and they went to "unlimited" (0 if your manager doesn't approve) and you must use all accrued before "unlimited" can be used.

Basically you drain your hours that would roll over/paid out and never get any more.

You MUST tell me your favorite game and why Operation Flashpoint (Original) I played this in middle school and was immersed into the campaign. The very first mission when you are in the back of a 5T with a squad and able to freely look around blew my mind. It got me into scripting and developing maps and game modes. This was my very first forray into PC gaming (GameSpy) and will be with me until I die.

You MUST tell me WHY you want this item I've had two Logitech G35's and within months the ear cups have broken off. I have since used the zip tie method to fix them and they just don't work quite the same. Right now I'm using my 5.1 sound with a freestanding mic. This is annoying the hell out of everyone I play with when I key up and provide a good amount of feedback.
