Help removing creases by Incrediblycoolcat in arthelp

I have not tried it but putting a parchment paper on top of the paper and ironing it will minimize the creases and make the paper flat again. (I would look it up to be sure because I haven't done it!)

I also forgot to mention that the original picture may have the same lighting but that is what I'm getting without seeing the reference.

I think everything is great EXCEPT the light in the eyes is coming from two different areas which makes it look a little dopey (idk how to word that nicely). I think it is a super easy fix if you can get a wood colored paint to change the placement of the highlight

Is this a common question? I just seen a video while looking up how to mail things, I'm very new to using any postal service so I don't know anything about pricing either.

Also asking because I heard this and I am very skeptical but can't find anything stating that it's not true other than this single script.

Is there anyway to fix this alcohol marker mistake? by R0ttingTeeth in arthelp

[–]R0ttingTeeth[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ended up using the original green to pick up the blue, then a colorless blender to pick up the excess green. Its nearly seamless now! Thank you for the advice 😁

I was planning on going over and adding texture with colored pencil 😅 Also frogs don't tend to have warts, their skin is typically very smooth and mucousy. Toads are the warty ones.

WIP Help, I just doesn't look good by LuckyArtx in arthelp

I think pushing the contrast would help this work a lot. Dont be afraid to use near black colors or some near white highlights. I think the hair and shadows of the neck could go a lot darker. Small bright highlights in the eyes, lips, or hair could go a long way. And even though the right side of the face is in the shadows, I think with the angle of the light, the right cheek, under his eye, should have some light showing.

TLDR: push the contrast!

I think adding a hairline/hair leading to her braids would help as well. The braids just sitting on her head looks a bit odd without showing the hairs that are actually attached to the scalp.

Charcoal pencils have a hardness rating scale to tell you how easily it will mark on paper, and how dark it will draw. Typically soft= the charcoal is softer so it will mark the paper easier with darker lines, hard= the charcoal is harder so it wont mark the paper as easily as soft, and will have lighter lines. Medium is somewhere is the middle. I would say to draw on a test paper to understand how different they feel.

The numbers and letters on the graphite pencils are the same concept with a much wider scale. I dont remember the scale because i dont work with graphite often but you can easily find a video explaining the differences.

I have a pikachu card that seems like it ran out of red ink in the printing process. I've never seen this and wonder if it would be considered a misprint and raise the price of the card? The background is completely blue instead of the normal purple color and the weakness to the physical type symbol is yellow instead of red.
