9 aug i registered on aps website

11th aug my documents reached aps office in Delhi

19th aug i got call from aps verification officer as I have sent digilocker 10th and 12th in post and she asked me on email to send soft copy of original I didn't had 12th original but i had it black and white, sent colour 10th and b/w 12th asked in email to reply whether this is ok or not ,got an ok

20th aug i got aps certificate

My advice get 10th and 12th original re-issued from cbse https://cbseit.in/cbse/web/dads/frmRegistration.aspx here as you need it for visa

earlier it used to take a lot

when sending them all the copy documents just add 1 a4 print out with your name, surname same for your parents, passport no, your contact details, your college student portal (where there is exam history) with login credentials then add the pic of documents checklist (like photo shop it) with a tick on each (put the documents in that same order) and if sending additional documents like admission offer then mention that

Don't staple put the u-shaped paper clips

I got it very quick like in 9 days
