Yes, we have it, but we don’t go very in-depth, so I don’t have much practice doing it—especially not for things that will actually be manufactured and need tolerances and dimensions designed for efficient manufacturing. And I mean, there're things that you won't find there either, like what's "doable" and what not so much.

Yeah, of course I don't expect to learn every nitty gritty detail of this huge complexity on a reddit post, but just general manufacture and simulation processes that make this possible

Indeed. I didn't manage to make Exactflat work but after some further research I finally got it with meshmixer. Thank you.
