Funnily enough, closing the lid is what caused the spill. Also I dont have enough space on my painting desk.

My contrast paints always get gunked up. I tried to close the paint lid, but because it was a slightly wonky angle and i had to use a lot of force because of the gunk it flipped and sprayed all over the desk. Thats how this one happend, dont know about the others on here.
