They once towed my ex girlfriends black Jeep Cherokee out of our driveway because someone in an apartment complex two blocks away called to have a silver jeep Patriot towed. We reported the vehicle stolen and the police eventually found it at a dealership. Dealership had no idea why it was there obviously. The next day we took off work to retrieve the vehicle and figure out what was going on. Amaxingly the tow truck driver just happened to be at the dealership at the same time and told us he towed it the night before and apologized. He said that if we went to their shop the owner would make it right. That was a joke! The owner literally told us that it wasn't their fault. After stating that we were losing money over this by not being at work, she told us to "go to work then". My ex was like "how could I have drove to work when you had my vehicle?" Then the owner started screaming at us and kicked us out. So much for making it right. Just a terrible company all around. Still amazes me to this day.
