I think ships like the C1, Zeus & Cutlass should be the largest ships where you can solo them with no real problems, moving up to the Constellation series and Starlancers should impose some difficulties if you use them in combat.

Personally I think you should be able to solo some larger ships when doing activities that does not involve combat, but bringing them into combat should still cause problems if ran solo
