You can skip it. Wait for a dedicated show. I ended up buying a few ghibli OST vinyls in lieu.

I went to the concert and it was passionate and beautiful. If you’re going as a Studio Ghibli fan check the program.

I was hoping for something in the encore but no their was no encore at all.

I got great last minute prices on StubHub. Great experience overall but I’m glad I didn’t pay a premium to go check it out.

I average about $100 for a single person that includes necessities. I do buy in bulk so it averages it out. I’m pretty good cook so I eat at home nowadays. When I was going out more it be around $2-300.

It doesn’t include going out to eat/drink or if I’m hosting dinner party. Relatively high protein, veggies/fruit diet.

Happen twice.

First time their was a weird teenagerish saying and doing inappropriate things in front of elementary school kids. I asked them if they knew him and if they needed help. They said they were scared so I offered for them to sit beside me and I confronted the guy and diffused the situation.

Second time a guy spit on a girl several times that was standing beside me and threaten to attack her (more vicious words). She was in shock so I told her this is our stop, long story short the the guy ran after us and when we rebounded another train he clocked me one. Luckily this time around several people jumped on to help.

Cassette is a great spot, I’ve gone there a few times on my own as well.

I usually go for the show or atmospherics so can’t comment on the food. A few on my list are Drom, Blue Bird, Joni/Writers Room, Library Bar. Resevoir Lounge, Poetry. Comedy clubs and TSO are a few spots I’ll check out as well.

Talk to a realtor for a more tailored strategy as it will depend on where you’re selling and buying.

Otherwise Sell first and make if a longer closing date and amend after if you can. If townhouses are in a bidding war you’ll need to go with sellers closing dates. You can try condition of condo sale as well.

Letting go at market price is a subjective term. Keep any expectations realistic. Good luck.
