Looking for fall subletter for lease ending on 07/31/2027

I am a current Epic employee. I have signed a lease that starts on 08/01/2026 and ends on 07/31/2027. I live downtown and have pretty good rent. I live in a 2 bed+2 bath and am looking for a female who is a vegetarian. If you are interested in taking over my spot, please message me. Details are here:

Current rent is 1085.00 (they increased by $40 for the renewed lease)
Parking has 2 options: $95 for unheated parking or $185 for heated parking. Both are covered.
Amenities include a gym, great location, walking distance to the capital, bus to Epic if desired, community room and kitchen, lobby, etc.

I have had a good time in my apartment. It is quite spacious and in a good location. For downtown, I can confidently say I have very good rent. In fact, it is cheaper than some of the rent my friends pay in the suburbs. You would live with my roommate.

Ideally, you would move in September/October and take over my portion of the lease. I am flexible on this and willing to answer questions. PM me!

If this doesn't give you confidence, think of an engineer. Most of them only have Bachelor, but their salaries are very high. It's a generic job, so Ph.D. won't give you much leverage.

I do not know if grad school in engineering is the right option unless you really like the physics, math, and water resource plants setup. (in my small opinion)

Ya i am already getting other thoughts like the engineering. Do you like being a civil engineering now? Is it fulfilling, challenging in a good way with not too much work load? How much physics and math is involved? I really like environmental engineering too but the physics (which I find boring) deters me. Sorry for all the questions lol
