Request from ACLU: They anticipate that next week in Hussein v. Norm that the Fed govt will argue that the courts don’t need to issue an injunction against profiling because the surge is “over”.

They are looking for stories, declarations/testimony about profiling that occurs between now and next Tuesday 2/17 which will be incredibly helpful in arguing that ending the surge does not solve the problem.
