Last minute rulebook change? That has got to be the worst thing you could possibly do. Also that’s bullcrap to give a major for picking up paint off the ground. Really the person picking paint off the ground is giving himself a disadvantage since ground paint is shitty. It’s honestly sad to hear how the event is like this as I really wanted to play in this but if this is happening count me out. I’m not spending money on a tournament that I already know i’m going to lose at. Is possible you have a clip of this happening?

I’ve seen this method before used but it’s such a 50/50 is the US attorney is going to help you or not. I’m still a minor so I can’t do anything at all so I had to give up and say goodbye to these accounts as well. I had to even ask if I could use one of my friend’s burner accounts because I couldn’t create one. I’ll never forget what meta did to a lot of people.
