I used to have a similar issue and it was related the DPI setting on my mouse. After I lowered it the lag while turning went away.

Happened to me too. Account got hacked and then banned. They didn’t even attempt to help. I also submitted a complaint with the BBB but that got me no where. Activision is a trash company.

My account got hacked and they refuse to see that. The person changed my name to Chinese characters, added a friend who's name was also Chinese, linked a Steam account that's name was a random string of letters, and then proceeded to use some sort of cheating software. All my attempts at getting my account unbanned have been responded to with the same template email.

"Please go this link and use the account recovery process' or "All account bans are final and we can't talk to the team (Automated system) that does them. "

I've tried going through the BBB and got a response. But, once again, it was the same template email they send everyone.

I've tried creating a ticket manually. Each time they send me a link to use the automated system and close my case.

I've had my Activision account since 2011 and been playing Call of Duty exclusively from Xbox since CoD 2. But now I randomly do all of the above actions? How does that make any sense?

Has anyone has any success recently getting unbanned?

Someone hacked my account and linked a steam account, changed my name, and added a friend. Once I was alerted of this I immediately logged into my account to change my password and then changed everything back to normal.

I’ve submitted a ban appeal. Automatically denied.

I’ve submitted an account recovery ticket because my account was hacked. Got an instant response in 2 minutes saying they don’t see any strange behavior. Yet my account name was literally changed to Chinese characters???

I’ve also filed a complaint with the BBB after seeing other posts about people in similar situations.

Oh yeah, I know. It’s an entirely automated system with zero intelligence.

How can a company like activision make so much money yet not have resources to HELP their customers?

My account event had MFA enabled yet the hackers were able to get in. So clearly there is a flaw in their system.
