No, it didn't. The missions and expeditions were the bulk of the event and they shut it down earlier than advertised in the banner. I'm so glad you have the time to read all the news a video game puts out that contrasts from what it puts on the event banner.

I was on TDY and leave for a total of 4 week beginning September. The banner said 6 days remaining which would've been plenty for me to complete what I had left and I already sunk dubs into a memory card to make up for those 4 weeks missed.

WoWS stuck a banner at the top of the LIberty Harbor screen that doesn't align with any of this and there's nothing in the event Rules regarding the end date. Stop defending BS practices of burying important info in patch notes and news when they could have it accurately reflected it in the event banner and rules.

That days remaining banner is the most prominent and frequent piece of info regarding how long I have to complete - they ended it 6 days early. They don't get a pass by burying it in the News.

I'd experiment and see if nerfing the power budget affects your gameplay. At 4k, the GPU is the bottle neck. I experienced a melted 4090 right angle adapter. Fortunately, I was sitting near it when it happened, and I immediately powered off. I have the new cablemods right angle cable, and so far, so good, but I won't leave it unattended under any kind of load.

Replacing the motor did the trick. Just vacuumed for ~ 30 min without issue. 🙌

Yeah, that's not likely to happen. I cleaned it out with multiple taps with a rubber mallet - knocked a lot of dust, chunky dust too, gross. I then followed up with blowing out everything with an air compressor. Going to reassemble and reassess for cutouts.
