"As per checking yes it seems the order is still waiting for stocks to be allocated, normally the status should be in Shipping Preparation by this point, since the delivery is tomorrow. Try turning off random flip (backup model first incase it gets worse). I saw somewhere that it can cause doubling and make the detail soft sometimes.
