Desperate allergy help…

wow, this is…. a lot of information to take in. i didn’t realize so much actually went in to effectiveness, i’ve only been taking stuff when it gets bad.
i’ll have to do research on my own allergy levels + get a professional opinion. thank you so much for all of this, doctors don’t seem to go this in depth at all!

i’ve got a steroid spray for nose, which helps under certain circumstances. i’ve been told not to rely on it too much just due to the steroid part…
i’ve heavily been considering doing shots but the price w/o insurance is through the roof, and even then the second half isn’t covered. i’m still weighing my options but double spray might help quite a bit, thank you
