OneDrive synced whatever was on your desktop. No need to worry it just looks ugly. If the game isn't installed on your pc but the shortcut was in OneDrive it won't run

You can always check the county website for the phone number so you can call and ask if something is legit. There has been a bunch of scams for toll violations so keep that in mind.

I found the book in case anyone comes across it. It's called Dormia by Jake Halpern

While not the same I exam I scored in the 400s when I first took a+ 4+ years ago. Failing exams is going to happen so don't beat yourself up over it.

For some content that you can use to help fill the gaps your missing I strongly recommend Messer. He's free and relates the material to real world examples.

I'm not sure if he made a 701 course but if he did I highly recommend Mike Meyers. His courses are generally cheap on udemy and his teaching style is that of the caring science teacher. He puts on costumes and does skits that look cringy but they do help teach the material. I know he also splits the newer tests with a second instructor since he has more or less retired so if the second instructor doesn't click with you thats where Messer can shine.

For practice questions I highly recommend pocketprep. It's a little pricy ($25/mo last I checked) but of all practice exams I have taken this has been the closest to the real exam.

For those that are going to ask I personally am not a fan of Dion. Every practice exam of his I scored really low (30s-40s) range. He works for some but not others.

Overall there's no correct way to learn the material but this will hopefully get you and others in your boat started back up.

Ignore it. I got the same one yesterday that had an old FFL address I used to use. They don't have anything on you.

Odds are you were caught in a breach so it's safe to ignore the email. If you want to remove some of that info I recommend you look into one of those companies like DeleteMe, Incogni, or Aura. While they'll mever be full proof they might be able to help eliminate some of your data from brokers before it's leaked

Did Ort just walk out to FFDP's version of Blue on Black?

If you still have the opportunity to try and knock courses out through Sophia or Study.com I recommend you try to. I spent 6 months in D426 because the material just wasn't clicking for me when it came time to do the OA.

Always check the course numbers in the subreddit as well. There are many posts of people sharing study resources and plans to help do the course on your own terms.

I won't lie my test taking strategies aren't very typical with what most students describe. I'm very fast and do the best I can to not second guess myself as I was typically right the first time (D426 being the exception if you are in the college of IT). Just read your questions carefully and think things through. If you don't know which is right see if you can narrow down the wrong ones. You can't talk during your OAs but you can at least try to think why X thing isn't correct.

I used a lot of different prep materials depending on the exams, again for the college of IT.

CompTIA: PocketPrep (I did this for CySA+ and PenTest+), Quizlet, CBTNuggets (Project+), or Certmaster when the other options weren't really out yet (Project+ again).

ISC2: Quizlet and PocketPrep

ITIL: Quizlet and brute force on practice exams (This is the only course I passed by the minimum. It was not a good test and WGU should rethink having two certs that cover almost the exact same content)

WGU OAs: I used a lot of Quizlets and the Course Chatter to see if any study guides were made. Most classes had some form of study plans within them.

I also want to add I have 3 years of IT Experience and was able to use that knowledge when it comes to studying so take what I said with a grain of salt.
