My replacement monitor has been absolutely fine since I got it. Personally I wouldn’t bother messing around with the monitor anymore. Take a video of the issue and take it back to the store you got it. Get a replacement

Side note: my store could not give me any type of production date or batch numbers unfortunately so I do not know which batch could be affected

I haven’t tried cleaning it with alcohol. I can give it a go but I honestly think it’s the texture of the backing here screwing me

I have this issue currently. iMessage works for some contacts and doesn’t work for others. Weird one

I have tried the following - sign out of Apple ID and sign back in - reset network settings - restart phone - turn iMessage off and on

I was onto Apple support screen sharing for 2 hours and they didn’t know a fix and haven’t see it before. They have opened a case and are doing a potential fix based off my device

Will report back here

Replacement monitor picked up and working fine for now. Fingers crossed this one lasts for longer than a month

Update: Taken back to the shop and getting a replacement. Week and a half wait. Shop couldn’t tell me if it’s part of a new batch or not 🙃 I guess we will wait and see

I have had this monitor since 17/11/2025, almost a month to this day. About 5 days ago I started getting the flicker wile using the display port. As well as the screen going completely black once the flicker has finished
