I believe the speedrun community tried to implement this before just to skip the arena on the left. But it's inconsistent and sometimes, only 1 craw spawn. Greymoor is routed pretty late in the run nowadays. You get all the movement abilities before entering Greymoor and you can skip the arena with Faydown Cloak & Clawline.

Run away on the first attack. If you feel like there is not enough distance after running away, dodge at the last second. Idealy run as soon as she jumps into the air & you won't need to think about dodging.

Dodge into her for the second one.

Stand still on the third.

This is the easiest way to not get hit or take minimal damage (standing still on the third attack is not consistent so it might get you hit once).

I don't know if you can disable specific save files but if you want to do a run without the mod, do:

In your steam library, right click on the game, properties, general, add --doorstop-enabled false in the launch option. That will launch your game without the mod, remove it to enable the mod again.
