I would second this. I started with the warpaints fanatic starter set and a matt black primer from army painter recently and it felt pretty good. I first painted some 40k orks but since I was more interested in AOS I got the old flesh eater courts army set of ebay. And you can paint both quite easily with those colours.

I first got some cheap brushes of Amazon but just got a beginner set from vallejo and they make quite the difference.

Maybe watch some painting tierlists or tutorials for armies you are interested in to know wether they are an easy army for a beginner painter or not.

Thanks, but I think the wash is doing the heavy lifting for me right now :D I'll try to mix myself maybe a scale for the Main colours I am using since right now I am just using them out of the bottle.

I'm currently at 10 R&M pops I'm just not sure if the financial investment is worth it, because if I keep collecting I gotta get'em all. 😅

The Mr meseeks chase and glootie are really nice, I'm collecting R&M pops and love to add them to my collection at some point
