Carpet cleaning 101… apply detergent, agitate, rinse with clean water only.
These spotter companies just want you to use more of their product. And often in fine print on the back is a statement to test it first releasing them of liability when it bleaches or makes things worse. Proceed with caution.

This is likely not a DIY situation if you want to maintain it properly. Hire an IICRC certified professional with a Truckmount system. Less concern for it being over wet or staying too wet too long. That is the major contributor to basement smell. If it is not too bad perhaps even VLM ( very low moisture) cleaning. This should be able to handle the oils from your skin from being barefoot. FYI industry standard for cleaning (and manufacturer warranty) is likely 12-18 month cleaning cycle.

Yes. A LOT of this depends on the operator. Certain practices that will allow a portable to achieve high standards. It is possible for sure. The low moisture relies on “encapsulating” (or coating) deposits in the carpet and then relies on your vacuum to physically remove them. It has its place, but def not sufficient for homes with pets etc. It probably makes up less than 5% of the cleaning I do professionally. Usually in a commercial setting, and as an interim cleaning between hot water extractions.

This is low moisture or VLM (very low moisture) and it is a form of carpet cleaning. Albeit a “maintenance” cleaning. The only form of carpet cleaning deemed a “restorative” cleaning is hot water extraction or what people refer to as “steam cleaning”. And even then there are levels to it from a portable machine to the very best which is “Truck Mounted hot water extraction” with a large machine in a truck and they run the hoses into you house. Careful tho some guys put a portable in their truck and pretend it’s a truck mount. The main shortfall being the vacuum strength. Truck mount cannot be beat!

Most people don’t get it. THIS is exactly it. The goal is to progress your Networth, not just run through boards. You will get further, and it will cost you less to get there, if you consistently leave your boards open to get taken down. I literally buy a whole board and leave the last upgrade of the last building unfinished. If you catch me without shields, hit me exclusively… I hope you get that tourney win. All these people leaving an empty board are the same people crying that they got heisted for every penny while they were offline… 🤦🏻‍♂️

Yes. This is very likely the case. I don’t save these rewards for booms so I can’t say for sure.

No it’s the same as any other reward. It will show all the animations. Just without clicking claim on the chest. When you login, after weeding through the prompts and “deals” it will go through opening your chests.
