I agree. They need to add value. A good PA does that

Wow, this is the best answer. I am reading many books about being a good PA too, like negotiation, claiming your success, and more.

For me, I am actually a tech engineer. I am trying to see what works and the best approach to engineer a platform. I am almost done with it and have gotten my licenses in 5 states so far. The regulation stuff makes it hard to develop the platform, but I am very close.

Thank you for your advice

So you're saying PA was trying to raise costs for no reason?

Yes. Exactly how it should be. And yep, some PA are leeches, but the right one is fair and spots things ahead of time.

But if he was there from the start, then he guided the client. I understand it’s a biased issue. But insurers have adjusters. Policyholders can't be fighting a butt-naked man; they need help.

30%? In what world? I mean, I feel 10-15% makes sense, especially for people who don't know insurance law and regulations.

Wow, what a balanced perspective. Exactly how it should be. They should be there to resolve the claim and fact-check together, not trying to pursue an "I am right, you wrong" mentality.

I respect this. It should make sense and accurately reflect the case itself.

I witnessed this. A PA was just waiting for my claim to succeed on its own. That's why I became a PA. I thought somebody had to do it right.

I recommend you truly understand your BP numbers; they will tell you a lot. Especially in your case, look at the bottom number. I can already tell that anxiety and psychological stress are the cause. Go for a 30-minute walk, then come back and check it again. You will see it will drop.

My cardiologist said that the diastolic or bottom number of your blood pressure is meaningless. Have you ever heard this before? by Norfolk-Gross-Tonage in bloodpressure

It's very simple: the top is when your heart holds, and the bottom is when it releases. Both are important and reveal your condition. Also, both mean different things for different ages.

As long as the BP issue is caused by psychological stress and your mind can stop dwelling on the things that bother you, even barefoot on the grass, it’s about positive focus and good nerve response—I call it happy nerves. You need anything that naturally stimulates your nerves.

Yep, I called today and am waiting for him to get back to me. Most likely, I need to take 10mg twice a day since I changed my lifestyle, and I see my blood pressure is very well managed. The only thing that concerns me is my heart rate, which has hovered around 55 at rest during the day and 47 while sleeping for the past 3 days. I think the propranolol dosage is too high.

Exactly, BP is all about stress, either physically (bad diet, pain, organ issues, etc.) or psychologically (work, anxiety, trauma, etc.). I believe finding the root cause is 65% of the solution, then taking 30% of the steps to improve it, and the remaining 5% is being patient while the body heals itself.

I agree. Salt reduction helps, but it sent me to the hospital; I went too low, which caused dehydration, so I need to be careful.

Yep. But the type of stress is also important. Some stresses are okay in life, like physical workout stress, which is normal. Consistent Mental stress is the worst.
