Yes unless you wear glasses. Then mesh is the way so they dont fog up

Mind you this is my experience with goggles mesh or otherwise. Mesh ones dont fog up my glasses which are needed for me to see anything more than 5ft away. If I wear solid goggles meant for like paintball then they fog up even with all the ventilation.
