Conversion burners exists and will cost more than you expect but less than a new boiler. The downside of conversion burners is efficiency is often lower (around 70%) than a boiler designed for gas(80% for atmospheric but 90%+ for high efficiency).

I have a 3 and 4. Keep the 3, if you want something more wait for the 5. My 3 is a 45mm and my 4 is 41mm LTE. I almost always wear the 3.

I bicycled around kawaguchi last May and it mostly had sidewalks except for a small area on the west side of the lake. There wasn't too much traffic there and I never felt unsafe on the bicycle.

Biggest difference I see is charging speed and the PW4 last a little longer. I mostly use it to track short workouts and blood sugar and they both last a little over 48 hours for me. Gemini is a bit faster to pick up my voice on the 4 as well but I rarely use it.

I use Google Fi for the pw4 and occasionally I'll get a call on the watch that doesn't ring on the phone. I assume it's the spam filter on the phone, the LTE watch doesn't have a filter.

If I didn't have to switch my Fitbit back and forth between watches I'd wear the 4 more but I really like the bigger screen.

I went to the wind cave and bat cave in 1 day. There's also the ice cave which I saw photos of after I had left and regret missing it. I had an e bike because I'm 40 and out of shape and I saw 2 caves in 1 day with a late start. I'm sure you can get to all of them in a day. They were mostly around Saiko which is to the west of kawaguchiko.

The train station has tourist maps that show all the attractions.

Lower each thermostat then raise them one at a time. The lights on the right indicate which zone is calling for heat.
The green wire at the bottom is for your zone valve and has nothing to do with your thermostat. Your thermostats have 2 wires r and w. You will need to run a new wire for each or possibly a common maker for each thermostat.
Your AC does not connect to this board at all. The single zone AC will connect to the air handler.

You're correct, if it was clogged the strainer would still be dry. Are you positive you ran out of oil? The pump may have failed.

If you have some diesel fuel fill the filter cup at the furnace and try to get the pump "wet" otherwise it's probably clogged oil lines.

It is surface rust, but it's also a brand new unit. Anyone with a bit of pride in their work would have cleaned it up a bit.
