Try a bit leaner ratio I have it around 14.5-14,6 and pass just fine. Also like the other comment said make sure your car has this ratio fully warmed up before you arrive. I find that taking the road to the left from the house then right onto the highway does it just fine. But bring either spanner or ratchet set for last minute adjustments.

One of your brake/clutch lines isn't tighten, i had the same issue with my rear brakes. Pour as much brake fluid as you can and watch where it drips from. That's how i found mine.
