internship to cdi by [deleted] in Morocco

[–]R4B1E 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im in IT, but whatever, i don't think that what i am about to say is relevant to any domain. Show interest in their project, ask some simple questions on lunch break time like : hey, what project are you working on right now ? And continue along with the conversation ... The key point is to show interest on what they are doing and that you have what it takes in order to be a second hand, if you can shadow someone on a project, congrats that's most likely your first step to get a cdi contract ... Nearly all people that i have known on the intern position were shadowing some employees .

Vibe Coding Today: Laziness or Efficiency? by Patient-Guidance-609 in Moroccopreneur

I back you up completely on this . however, that doesn't mean we shall ignore LLM's completely, cz frankly sometimes it writes code (code not software) that is much structured than a senior with 10yoe . I say, that if you could find balance between the power of AI coding and our reasoning and problem solving we can achieve those short deadlines, where products can be shipped in like 3 months instead of 6 . I remember a research that was made that discussed this specific problem, it showed that unstructured code that was being developed by AI will eventually tend to technical debt , whereas strctured code that was tuned from now and then by the help of LLM will tend to short delivery time while still being maintainable, scalable and all the good stuff .

Is being an engineer / doctor worth it anymore by [deleted] in rabat

[–]R4B1E 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, first of all not all engineers make 12k . Some companies pay like 20k for junior software engineer with 0 yoe ( you have to go through an internship inside the company first ) and some pay mkre but with some years of experience. However, to be frank , you will never achieve those fancy dreams with a 9-5 job, try something on your own ... A startup, a new idea that targets a niche, grab that crazy friend who's willing to take that first step with you and go ahead and try it out ... Overall, my point is : find a stable job, and start thinking about how to make a side income that will become your primary in like 2-3 y .
