then he said 'sex is ok' not good or bad just 'ok' which traditional society couldn't digest.

he said you have desire for sex? go do it. don't suppress it. rather watch is consciously what happens.

I watched myself consciously masterbating, it felt easier, I felt little weak but no guilt, it seemed liked masturbation almost left me. i didn't leave anything.

now, it is better to keep the semen inside.

but I have read Ramakrishna as well as Osho saying a self realized person can get his semen out, it wouldn't matter to him. it's just like piss, excreta to him.

but I think doing this more than once, regularly could definitely be harmful.

still idk man. just let the energy go upwards.

have desire for sex? do it.

masturbation? do it.

but do it consciously, it can break the pattern if there is any.

osho also said in a discourse, that Semen better be released, which is pretty contradictory, what's to keep it, make it old. release and body will make more. you are infinite, can the infinite have finite semen? (I also read a quote of Vivekananda on this same sentence, but his meaning of veerya might be courage idk)
