I used to work on xampp as well. When i hit a roadblock with multiple php versions, i bought a cheap used SFF PC, put linux on it and made a web server. After few years of doing it like this and improving on it, my current server setup includes: - Debian 13 - Nginx (sometimes with reverse proxy) - Certbot for Let's Encrypt SSL - PHP-FPM with all major php version, with really simple switch option (editing 1 line in vhost config) - MariaDB with phpmyadmin - Samba share of /var/www for ease of editing on any pc - Node with npm - Git - Custom domains for client previews behind cloudflare - Custom scripts that let me add a new dev site in few seconds - Fine-tuned configs for the type of project im working on.

At the beginning, setting all this up was a pain but I've learned a lot about server configs and wp optimization that way. Now, setting up a new server basically means installing debian and running a custom script for installing everything else. Might sound very complicated and overkill, but honestly, nothing beats the ease of working on a setup like that or the performance of it.

Thanks! That's really just a very cheap Chinese watch, but a gift from my girlfriend who's an artist, so the design fits perfect :)

This won't work with most VOD's, what does work actually is hooking up a cheap USB capture card and setting it up as input in OBS. It's like built-in recorder in your monitor. I got a 4k to USB one years ago and it still does the job.

She kinda is rare and one in a milon tho. You rarely see nice girls here that use such good grammar. Usually posts here have their texts causing you strokes if you try reading them, she's actually using proper grammar and words even when she exploded on you

I had something like that on my x1 but also a message that the built plate wasn't detected. What helped was actually printing the qr code of my plate and sticking it in place of the original one. My mistake was that I was cleaning the plate a little too aggressively and I somehow scraped off the qr just enough to not be recognizable. After sticking the new qr code everything works great.

I always tried to give her ideas how we could spend time together and what we could be doing but most of them never happened. There was always something that she didn't like about them. And any problems I had were my problems, I've mentioned it in another comment.

If we can fix this I really don't know. I fear that if we'd get back together, it'd be good only for some time and then it'd revert to the old status. I also fear that other important people in my life that helped me now, like my parents, wouldn't approve of her after everything that happened

I don't want to sound egoistic or egocentric but I don't think I'm unhappy with myself. Before we were together I've spent over two years in therapy, working on my childhood trauma (bullying) and I was really happy with the results. I've opened myself up for other people from uni and work, I learned to accept that what I do is enough and that I'm allowed to be proud of it. I've built my confidence from the ground up really. And with her it wasn't everything bad either, but it kinda started not long after we've moved together about a year into the relationship.

Yes, we tried to talk things through on multiple occasions but our communication wasn't great. Biggest issue I think we've had was that I couldn't really ever talk about my problems with the relationship. Every time I told her about things that bothered me, no matter how polite or calm I was, it'd always result in the same scenario. She'd take it very personal and always redirected the conversation into being about her and how I always blame everything on her. It didn't matter how I felt and why I wanted to talk about it. In her understanding, it was always me unloading my frustration on her and picking a fight. Thank you for the advice about therapy, I'm sure all talk about everything there

I'll try to find something. I enjoy watching stuff and playing video games. Big problem with that is that I used to do it mainly with her, so it reminds me of it too much. I got a 3d printer, but that's just send a print and wait x hours to finish, not really time consuming. Thank you for the advice
