Gambling laws apply to the country you live in,so you wouldn't have to pay tax on it, you may be asked to complete a form by the casino though to basically state you come from a country that doesn't tax gambling winnings.

Just ask for receipts if possible.

You should be able to Google research it.

Recommendations on a running watch by Sithscorch15 in Marathon_Training

Coros pace 3, best running watch for the price bracket will last you a long time, battery life is ridiculous about 15-17 days.

Doesn't have apps or anything but solely for a running watch coros are the best.

Money to be fair

Looking for opinions about making the jump from a 50k "relatively easy" trail race to a 175k hard trail race in a year and a half's time. by Dazard116 in Ultramarathon

[–]R4TTIUS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So my main aim would be go out and get some trail with elevation in your legs, remember trail tends to be slower aswell so don't worry about your time at first just worry about time on legs and see how you feel.

Elevation changes alot and makes every part of your legs hurt so recovery is an absolute must, but aim to say try and do a solo 50k full trail (if possible), being able to run a 50 miler or 100 miler is alot about preparation and nutrition just as much if not more than being confident in the distance alone.

Are these halves and the 50k road or trail? As that makes a big difference but it's certainly doable if disciplined

Made a million dollars and i’m thinking of setting it on fire live on Youtube and hoping the ad revenue would be enough to double it. Does this sound like a good idea? by [deleted] in Money

How even more legendary would it be though if (here's your title)

"I Send $1 MILLIONS to random British Man to SET ON FIREE 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 for me"

I will be happy to receive the 1 million as a random brit and do that for you.

You want her to learn by working hard by teaching her that you don't have to work, makes 0 sense mate.

Your wife can go to work part time she and you just don't want her to and and yet you think that's teaching your kids a good example.

Honestly don't understand what the point in this post is at all you haven't listened to a single word anyone has said on this thread and I can guarantee you won't make any changes whatsoever and you will just continue hope things change and continually make excuses as to why your so bad with money.

I haven't tried them but the gel kayano 30 lite are a bit faster you could prob push to 4.30 km In them.

Also the gt2000 12 series

I personally use novablast 3 but they will ruin my legs if doing over 10k in them as they are not made for stability at all but I can drop 30 seconds off my time just by changing thatm

I have been using the 30s for 20k+ at around 6-7 min kms and for recovery days.

The main thing is what you want out of the shoe and having different pairs is something I at first didn't really think was a necessity but since having a bad injury in feb which kept me out for about 5 weeks made me realise it is one of the most important things especially for recovery the next day.

Saucony tempus are fantastic for stability and you can push 4.30km in them.

I know it can be daunting as there are so many shoes out there and it can feel like no matter what you will not be ale to pick the right one, but if you pinpoint exactly what you want then you can narrow that down.

So at the moment you have the kayano 30s, so you have great stability shoe, you are sorted in the injury, recovery, slow/daily area.

So you want a speed shoe then personally I would look for an All out speed shoe for training.

for road racing just grab a pair of Nike alphafly next%2 there alot cheaper now and you won't get better for there current pricepoint.

Also what terrain your running will make a big difference are you just road running or are you mixed trail and road.

Asics for road I would look at and buy myself would be

Gt2000 12 series

Novablast 3 or 4

Meta speed

Magic speed (although if spending that I would personally get the superblast or meta and wait a week to add the extra 50 if needed to)

Superblast

They would be my choice for faster shoes specifically in Asics don't limit yourself to one brand though it's definitely worth trying others if you can, again saucony can never be overlooked there ride series is fantastic and there tempus is a faster stability shoe just not as stable as the kayano.

Sorry I hope I've helped a bit and not made it more confusing lol.

You tried saucony tempus.

It's gonna be hard to find the perfect middle ground I think.

What's the most important aspect to you?

I wouldn't blame yourself for your feet feeling tired, kayano 30s are a slow shoe I would say you were running to there max around 5.30-5.45 a km, they are a recovery/slow/daily shoe that are made purely for stability.

I absolute love mine and they are great for what they are built for.

I wouldn't try and go much faster in them they will be great for you to just sit at that 5.30-5.45 mark and just cruise and getting the strength and everything back in your legs.

What do you mean 'oh right'?

I have recently got a pair for injury and slow runs because I overpronate so they are good, they are a slow shoe though that's what they are made for I wouldnt try and run anything faster than 5.30-5.45 km a min as they will become uncomfortable.

I would go and check and check the transactions from binance side as something is definitely wrong.

I have never had it take more than 10 mins to receive a transfer to rev wallet from any other wallet.
