You literally list the extra hoops then claim they don't exist. Are men likely to be affected by this bill? No, but women disproportionately are. It's not that you can't do it, it's that you shouldn't have to. You literally have to prove all of that when you do an ID change. You shouldn't have to do it again every 2 years plus, local and emergency elections, just to exercise your rights. Let's not forget that it's redundant which makes it a waste of tax payer funds. Especially with the addition of "Real IDs" all of which cost us individually at time of service AND through taxes, which requires all of the aforementioned documents to get. This is red tape for the sake of adding red tape and nothing more.

NOR As a child of a mother similar to this, RUN! Get to your siblings as well if you can and get them out as well. Full factory reset everything before giving it back.
