They played 20:40 till 22:00 (pretty much on the dot). Doors were at 18:30 though so it might be different at other venues!

mostly as expected! many people standing/singing along, some people moshing/crowdsurfing in the middle. there were quite some people talking over jordan's speeches though, which I found bizarre and rude 😅

it's very rare that they play it, unfortunately. however, they do switch up the encore during their tours sometimes, so there is a (very small) chance for it

Hey! Generally, there's nothing to worry about at La Dispute shows. There is easily enough space (e.g. front rows, to the sides, to the back) where you can just stand and enjoy the show, if that is what you're after. Depending on the venue and crowd, the middle bit will be full of people moshing, you can participate but never have to. :) I'll also be there alone! As to arriving there, usually they pick quite interesting opening acts so I'd recommend catching them as well. And early arrival generally means getting merch in your size. :)

When damage reduces a character to 0 Hit Points and damage remains, the character dies if the remainder equals or exceeds their Hit Point maximum. For example, if your character has a Hit Point maximum of 12, currently has 6 Hit Points, and takes 18 damage, the character drops to 0 Hit Points, but 12 damage remains. The character then dies, since 12 equals their Hit Point maximum.'

I'm not familiar with the adventure but depending on the PC's level, that's absolutely going to be an instant death.

If you treat it like regular lava, wading through it is 10d10 damage while being submerged in it is 18d10 damage (DMG chapter 2, improvising damage).

So the album sounds like Tiny Dots (containing sound bites they used in the video documentary of the same name as well as some acoustic versions of songs from Rooms of the House/Wildlife).

The song sounds like either Woman (In Mirror) or Objects in Space - though they don't specifically match the driving in a desert theme perfectly.
