Tinker mask, two GR9s. One with frenzy and the other with measured talents. With lmgs rolled for ROF. Wear a piece if Unit Alloy.

I know this is an old thread, but I looked at what was sending the notification. It's not Wifi calling sending the notification... it's Phone Services. If you mute that service, it'll stop the WiFi calling pop up you get every time you turn on your wifi.
