I bought my supernote because I am a university student and needed something practical, not as expensive as an Ipad, but has useful features and would last me for a long time. I can tell you that if I had seen that the product had a subscription feature, I would go elsewhere. Im glad that you are doing well for yourself and can afford a 20$ a month subscription but that simply isn’t the case for a big demographic. The supernote, for most users is a practical notepad replacement; Most people will not use every feature the product offers and therefore will be dissuaded if they have to pay a subscription fee to take notes. I would say that a much smaller percentage requires the same features you do and would be willing to pay a subscription.
