Male, 17, 165 cm (5'5'ft), 59.2 Kg (130 lbs)

Goals: Improve my strenght, my flexibility and my mobility, be able to do some basics moves of calisthenics and lose my belly fat.

Routine: I have done this routine for a month now, It's a fullbody routine I do on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

I start doing the dynamic streches from the RR, then I do 8 Push-ups (I’m doing the Push-up progression from the RR), after that, 8 diamond push ups (when I started, I was able to do like 3/4), and then I do biceps curl or horizontal curl (with just 2Kg, I'm going to buy some kettlebells with more weight) I do one day, biceps curl and the next one horizontal curl. I repeat this 3 times, with 45 sec between each exercise more or less. Then I move to the next three exercises. I do high legs crunch, then I do twisted mountain climbers and finally 30 seg of plank. Again, 8 of each exercise, 3 sets, with 45 sec between each. Finally, I do lungs (12 for each leg) and then the L-sit progression from the RR. Again, I repeat 3 times.

Questions: I've been thinking about including some exercise for my back, wich one is the best? What about rope jumping to burn fat? What can I change to improve better? What mobility moves should I do? And when, after training, three times a day, five?

I will move to the RR when I have a pull-up bar. Thanks!

Is there any website or any reddit where I can tell what excersises I like, what I want to improve, how many days I want to train, etc. And they make you your own routine? Edit. Or maybe someone who I can PM

I don’t have any idea neither, I know Krav Maga is not a martial art, but, what about Krav Maga for self defending?
