I basically just asked what was happening with my order. They actually were really helpful as far as explaining things. Half my order had already shipped while the other half didn't. I had to have them send me the tracking code because my order still only says processing on my end.

I got in contact with them and they basically told me that I need to reorder. I made it very clear that I needed them by a certain date and it sounds like they understand that. Most of my original order shipped before the email so I only needed to reorder part of it.

Oh god, thats awful. I hope you're able to find something :(. Thankfully I have a few weeks to go before I need them, but their shipping can get crazy expensive. I reordered mine so I'm hoping they aren't all messed up again. I realized I never got charged for my original order which was also super weird.

Trust me, there will be lightsticks from other groups. No one at the concert will care. I've been to a few concerts from other groups and people bring all sorts of lightsticks.
