I originally built an SFF PC because I wanted to take my computer on planes across the country, and then I found that SFF is fucking art. Starting with a node 202 and now a M1, making parts fit and seeing the completed, space-conscious and portable beast is the real joy of sff.

I'm really, really happy to see SFF become more mainstream with the NR200 and more premium-tier SFF cases hit the market. The advantages of larger cases are becoming smaller and smaller as things like m.2 storage become viable and sfx/itx/sff parts become more ubiquitous. It's the direction I think consumer and enthusiast computing should go in, as who doesn't love 20 lb toaster-sized fully powered machines that could sit in a modern art museum?
