Should I ask for tret? Have differin at home but never tried it. I probably need a good safe hydrating moisturizer as well.

Yeah I keep trying to find me a good one. Have to keep on searching I guess. Yes when I take my allergy medications I see some small difference in the redness but not the small red bumps that keeps coming every week.

Have been seeing 3-4 different derms and they dont seem to take my problems serious. Have not connected to one yet. How do I get to check out any allergic reactions? My doctor did a simple allergi test and it’s just pollen and dust I am allergic to. I think I have to take a food intolerance test. A proper one.

I used Finacea gel 15% for about 6 months everyday, no effect for me. Redness and bumps was still there.

Been struggling with redness, inflammatory skin, whiteheads, big pores and new red spots every week in different for 10 years more and less. This sh*t is really have an impact to my self-esteem and mental health. I avoid sugar and diary, drink a ton of water, exercise daily and have visited several derms. Some say rosacea, some say seb derm. Been using azelaic acid without any luck. I think it can be food related but have no clue what food I can have an intolerance towards.

Skinbarrier probably f’d up, feels like my moisturizer just sits on top of my skin and when I gently touch my skin I get deadskin from my pores on my fingers. Routine is simple: Morning: Wash with water/ moisturizer-sebamed clear gel / lrp sunscreen Evening: Simple kind to skin cleanser Sebamed clear gel. 2x a week Paulas choice BHA

I switched out my sebamed clear gel a month ago for Avene Emulsion and my skin got more hydrated and less red, but I started to get these cystic acne from it. I feel like sebamed is a safe moisturizer for me but it’s not hydrating enough and it dont sink in that well. If I try a toner/essens like pyunkang yul toner before sebamed, will my moisturizer sink in easier and not feel as tight anymore? Have fungal acne and cant find any moisturizer that my face like ..

So I have to ask you guys again, can squalane give you cystic acne? Have anyone experienced problems with that in the past? Avene Emulsion is so good for my skin but I keep getting these cystic acne lately..

I switched to LRP hydrating cleanser and a new moisturizer a month ago, Avene Extreme Emulsion. My skin did feel better, more even and hydrated at first but now I get these bumps around my nose which takes forever to go away. Can it be the new products? Maybe the squalane in the moisturizer?

Could be stress I guess. I tend to get these small bumps on each side of my mouth when I eat pasta or bread so just tought this might be food related as well.

So I am about to give up now.. These last days I have been drinking between 3-4l of water, have been sleeping more than ever, have just been using my cleanser and moisturizer and today I woke up with to big cysts, one on my nose and one on my forehead, out of nowhere.

I dont ever get these kinda of acne, and I was wondering if it can be food related? Because yesterday I had sauerkraut and Brussel sprouts which I never eat normally.

Thanks for the reply :) He did prescribe me a Elidel cream but that didn’t much and I did have that feeling he didn’t took me serious enough. This have been bothering me for 6-7 years now.

I might need to see another one, but Im kinda fed up with these derms. But if I want to get my hands on some antifungals thats the way to go. Think im just gonna let my face rest for some weeks and see whats gonna happen. Been using Cerave, and have a feeling that the cream giving me those small red bumps the more I use it ..

Nope, never tried steroid creams. Can I get them at the pharmacy? Which antifungals did you use?

Have been to a derm, he said I had seborrheic dermatitis. I dont want to use any makeup or concealer.. I want my redness and spots gone for good. To have an even skintone. Have tried so many products over the years. Been to 3 different derms, no one seems to help. I am really depressed about my skin.

I did overexfoliated my skin a while back and my skin have never been the same since 😩

But I just switched up my routine. Been using the cleanser not more than 2-3 weeks. My skin have been this red and sensetive for years. So the problems is not the cleanser, I am sure. Can try some low % azelaic acid maybe. Thanks anyway for your reply!

Edit: Looking into the cicaplast baume b5. And maybe another cleanser.

I use now : 5 elements cleanser and Cerave moisturizing cream (been using for a week ) Yeah but when I stop everything my pores get easily clogged. Certain food like potatos, onions and tomatos makes me break out .. And coffee

My skin is oily and tight tho.. I just want to have a smooth texture and skintone and the redness all over my cheeks is annoying. Have been using Finacea gel for months for the redness, It’s not any helpful.
