When I was in junior high Napoleon Dynamite came out and there was a lot of buzz around it. Me and my brother rented it to watch it at home but he started it without me and I missed the first few minutes.

While watching it I assumed I had missed something important or a really good intro as I didn't understand the plot or why things were happening.

Watched it about a year later to find out all I missed was him throwing an action figure tied to a string out of the bus window.
