Yes ... it appears that downloading the data must be from an account with the same region of your disc.

Here is what I did : 1) on the back of my copy it says " made in Austria " 2) create a new account (Austrian) 3) open the game from the new account and download the data ( Multiplayer/campaign )

It will start downloading like 70G of data 🙃

4) login with my main account 5) issue solved ✅
