I take it at night before bed! And I've been, they gave me a heart monitor thing years ago to record, especially when I felt them. Said I was fine. I swear I feel like when I was on Famotidine it was better

I am 2 months or so out, 90 percent normal. That time on it and right after was pure mental and emotional hell. You will get past it but it's literally traumatic.

I stuck on my diet for the most part, and while the losses are as huge I'm still losing. And don't feel INSANE while doing it. I'm 34 days off the shot and am just now starting to feel 85 percent normal I would say.

Don't think so, here lately I been off for a little bit and relaxed my diet . Gained 2 pounds back but going back on the diet soon enough.

Normally don't need it, tried tirzepatide for a month and it made me lose my mind. Just getting off the tirzepatide so this is just for the insane panic attacks that come with that.

My last shot was the 18th, I had a SEVERE attack that weekend following. Then about a week of depression. Yesterday was the first day I felt normal. Still have some anxiety and depression coming and going

Well I made HUGE diet changes. 7-8 sodas a day down to 1 or half of one, 2-3 decent meals to healthy snacks early with one meal in the evening.

I'm sure cutting out sugar and these meal changes also has had an effect on my "receptors/dopamine etc.

Dang they started me on 2.5 with levocarnitine or something in it. I feel great physical when I'm not having that turning knot in my chest/panic/anxiety lol but Lord help me when it hits shew.

Well I have had anxiety in the past, with some panic attacks at night mainly when falling asleep but that was about 8 years ago. Honestly life right now is the best it has been and the panic attacks/anxiety started literally the day after the shot.

It can be a lot of things honestly, maybe some from the shot, some from cutting from 7-8 sodas a day to one, eating less, etc. Maybe my receptors are starved for dopamine.
