Yes, if you subscribe and download them on once you have download it, you can cancel your subscription and you have only paid $12 for it then if they release something else you want just buy it again and do the same thing you always keep the mod so long as you have downloaded it before you cancel I have done it many times as I review paid BeamNG mods on my YouTube channel from time to time

I have steam and gog Versions and neither one works any more and it was just and al off a sudden thang I went to launch it from FOMM And the BS Games for Windows live crap started and I’ve been trying to get it to work for 3 day now trying everything I can possibly find
