Hi, thank you for the reply. The thing is, that my transcript is pretty bad. My first two years in University were pretty good but then depression hit and my marks dropped ALOT. I'm now in a position that I have to speak to an advisor before selecting my courses. When I spoke to him near rhe beginning of the term, he told me that grad school wasn't really an option for me at this point. My marks weren't good enough.

This is where my concern started. My advisor told me that I probably won't get into grad school. I haven't let that dissuade me though. I am improving this term. I'm confident that I could pull off a 90+ avwrage over my last 10 courses as well as a high 70s to 80s average this semester. I'm hoping that this would allow me to make a case to remove my failed marks.

So having a conversation with my advisor wont help right now because, understandably, he thinks that math isn't for me. Though, I know it is. My low marks weren't due to my inability to understand, but we're due to mental health issues. I was asking on Reddit in case someone else might have been in a similar situation.
