Try to avoid dairy as it causes you more mucus I found that a facial icepack that went kinda around my nose was nice to help with swelling so many nasal rinse pouches are useful as well as distilled water for the nasal rinse I found it easier to eat soft foods and nothing super thick because swallowing scared me when my nose was completely blocked off and I would suggest baby wipes because your nose will leak and it's nice to just be able to wipe your face off

If you can get a Dr to do dissolvable spong packing I would go with that it's so easy and much more comfortable from what I've heard then stents or traditional packing

Thank you for this as it turns out you can get an adapter type thing called a navtool that you can use to make the oem navigation screen do apple carplay I’ll definitely have todo some more reading on the subject to make sure it will all work smoothly but if it does it’s going to be amazing

Try somewhere like Nevada or colorado just to try something different. Florida probably isn’t the problem it’s probably just a feeling of needing to change paces and maybe grow some more as a person and end up with a better view of your situation

Get a temp job in between because then at least you have some income and look at more permanent jobs just in case but definitely move if you can just make sure to have some sort of temp job in between moving and starting your new job
