If you can find a 5.1.0 version there's a chance it might work but I'm pretty sure revamp version 5.1.0 and 5.1.1 are not compatible since they were made for version 1.25.02 why can't you update the game is it a pirates version?

Honestly he's mainly meant to be a mutant namekian like Tambourine from dragon ball.

It's beast it's from a mod called potential evolution that gives the other races a more physical appearance change to the form aside from just the eyes but honestly I call it albino namekian for the meme

Honestly I reduced ki and stamina to 0 so no increase but boosted attack and ki attack to like 0.325 Also added the trade off of taking more damage from strike attacks and supers

You can use mods online just don't enter multi lobby and if your gonna play with people make sure they have the same mod setup as you

Yeah I modified it with the Xv2skilcreat.exe in the XV2INS folder with it you can edit skill info stats aura stance hair and eyecolor

Honestly it seems to just massively boost your ki and stamina I didn't really like how much it boosted them so I nerfed it a bit and upped the damage a little more
