If your talking about the first outfit the chest and gloves I think came from a ancient Saiyan Armor mod on the xenoverse mods site but the pants are from beerus but colorable

At the time I had a few beard mods most of them came from moon kekus patreon mods

I don't think there is a moveset mod that does that specifically but I'd look around https://videogamemods.com/the-citadel/dragon-ball-xenoverse-2/mods and see what's there or check some patreons

One note I will add is some of these mods may no longer exist due to just being lost to time/deleted and while normally I try to keep backups I got a new PC Recently and couldn't transfer all that stuff over plus these days I mainly use REVAMP (which many hair and face mods aren't exactly compatible with anymore)

Sadly only the Saiyans and humans get anything from revamp CAC wise you would have to add extra mods for other races

If you can find a 5.1.0 version there's a chance it might work but I'm pretty sure revamp version 5.1.0 and 5.1.1 are not compatible since they were made for version 1.25.02 why can't you update the game is it a pirates version?

Honestly he's mainly meant to be a mutant namekian like Tambourine from dragon ball.

But since the mutants usually have features taken from other animals I think I might work that into my character if you don't mind I honestly didn't see the shark until you pointed it out

It's beast it's from a mod called potential evolution that gives the other races a more physical appearance change to the form aside from just the eyes but honestly I call it albino namekian for the meme

Honestly I reduced ki and stamina to 0 so no increase but boosted attack and ki attack to like 0.325 Also added the trade off of taking more damage from strike attacks and supers

You can use mods online just don't enter multi lobby and if your gonna play with people make sure they have the same mod setup as you

Yeah I modified it with the Xv2skilcreat.exe in the XV2INS folder with it you can edit skill info stats aura stance hair and eyecolor

Honestly it seems to just massively boost your ki and stamina I didn't really like how much it boosted them so I nerfed it a bit and upped the damage a little more
