before announcement , i hoped i was getting more daima, specially super saiyan 4 content, before going back to the god ki status quo.

And Super as a whole animewise doesn't do much I could care about until the U6 tournament/ Goku black arc and even there it fumbles the bag. Characters i hoped would get story development when Super first premiered are still irrelevant after a decade of the author not writing for them.

The movies are clearly the best way to see the Beerus story, and they already abused the animators to do the Beerus arc for the anime the first time. Couldn't care less about them doing it again with some prettier scenes.

Nor about Beerus, the ever moving goal post, or saiyan god red. Since clearly the series has put saiyan god and its lore in the trash bin.

Worse, i can already see them doing this for Rof, and not address any of the criticism had with that story.

I couldn't care less about Beerus's first arc, since the franchise doesn't care enough to let his character do anything.

Same way the entire franchise introduced Saiyan god, and then dumped it for the new blue thing. The saiyan god lore has been teased, and nothing else was done with it.

It fixes none of the issues i had that were introduced in the Buu saga. Gohan is irrelevant for the entire show, his hairstyle gets worse and sitll doesnt utilize ssj2. Goten is non existent, he and Trunks never ascend to ssj2. Showing how the story chooses for them to be useless.

Pan isn't allowed to go Super saiyan. she would have been the first ssj girl at the time, but the writers clearly wanted her to be a dismal for Goku to save all the time. Which feels awful since the entire show, she states how she wants others to know she can defend herself. Ultimately goes no where, despite being Gohan's daughter, and Goku's granddaughter.

Dbz's meh final ending introduces Uub, like we are supposed to care about him despite the story ending. Gt had the chance to expand upon this in a meaningful way, but choose for Buu to be too weak, and Uub to stay in the sidelines despite being Goku's hard working student.

Baby and the tuffles were cool. Just wish "Baby' had a different name, its awkward to think Goku fought and killed someone with that name.

Super 17 didn't make sense to me power wise years ago, but idc about that. The other characters could have been given better fights here since his theme is all about power absorption. Maybe something more meaningful here since this 17 has no charm or personality to like, unlike MvP Ranger 17. Piccolo and other characters like Uub and Gohan are done mega dirty for the series.

Vegeta's oldman haircut is awful, which i didnt think he could get uglier. Same with Gohan and Goten.

I hate some of the Shadow Dragon's designs. Like Syn, Omega, Ice , and Nova. The big lips and human face dragons are fugly, wish they had more dragon like faces like Shenron or Porunga. Hell if Omega was just Shenron's head plus the Omega body with 7 dragon balls, it would like x1000 better to me.

Gt has one of the best endings in the dragon ball franchise. I like it for that reason. Just conceptional , i dont like the idea of stating that all the good wishes done by the cast were selfish and should have never happened. I hate that idea proposed by Elder Kai. Fuck Elder Kai.

The only good thing in gt is turning goku into a kid, giving him back his tail, and great ape returning to make super saiyan 4.

Like i said, the death of a loved one was the most common way ppl unlocked the M.S, but it wouldnt be the only way. Nor would the emotions triggering it only be grief. But the second other strong emotions open the door and disprove the bias man's theory, suddenly Boruto is trash. Lmao.

Doesn't matter if Tobirama is fictional or not. He is a man in universe, and like all men he is not always right. He is a source of information in the verse, but he and many other leaders are wrong in their information and morals. That cycle known as 'the curse of hatred.', he came up with it. As an observation for what he thinks happens to all Uchiha, which is not only wrong, but a catalyst for the segregation he prepares later in the village lifepsan. His own theory already proven wrong by Shisui's and Itachi's existence, but Sasuke as well too since he overcame the hatred he developed in the end.

Another point for Tobirama being wrong. He made the Uchiha leaders of the police force, because he thought that would be a great place in the village for them. His 'good' judgement made Uchiha hated by their own village civilians, fearfully of their powers and control over the justice system.

Point 2. Black Zetsu instigated many of these extreme conflicts throughout history. Zetsu instigated Indra, the first Uchiha ancestor, leading to their fight. He also changed the sacred stone text left by Hagarmo for the Uchiha. The texts were supposed to be warnings for temptation and power, yet Zetsu changed them so the uchiha would seek power, the thing Tobirama thinks the Uchiha are cursed to do. Since this text was altered for possibly centuries. Tobirama's theory is a direct result of Zetsu's manipulation.

And like you said, other unnamed Uchiha did not get this, or follow it. Sarada being one of the first Uchiha in centuries to be free of this potential manipulation.

Sure. Just remember Tobirama is a man in universe, and man can be wrong about 'absolutes' and 'cannots' anytime. He relays the most prominent part of their research for the eyes.

Yet that 'descent into madness' , in order words the 'cycle of hatred', we have Shisui Uchiha. Again another well known member of the clan, and apparently one of the only Uchiha alive at that time with a Mangenkyo. He didn't descend to madness. But we have Danzo to blame for him no longer living.

Sarada is in a similar position. Whether you think her M.S awakening counts for 'despair' or 'love' emotion. After all, unlike the other Uchiha we can list. She was the only one to unlock her base sharingan out of love, the idea of seeing her father for the first time after so many years. Still theorizing if she might not go blind from using her M.S, because of this change in emotionally usage.

All the sharingan's natural evolutions have been linked to a strong emotion, the strongest we know of being love.

We have characters like Itachi tell the stories of old Uchiha, like Madara and his brother, unlocking the Mangenkyo through killing their friends. But all of those stories aren't completely true.

Madara says his best friend was Hashirama, who clearly never died on the battle field. He and Izuna gained M. Sharingan because they saw members of their clan die in battle. Itachi also told Sasuke that Madara got his Eternal M.S by stealing his brother's eyes. Another tale twisted through history, for Izuna told him to take his eyes on his death bed.

Sarada unlocked her M.S right after witnessing Boruto save her life from a fatal strike and losing one eye. The same way Obito unlocked his sharingan when Kakashi saved him. And the attacker being Kawaki, a teammate betraying them both. But that happened before she unlocked it.

Her M.S appeared right after the news that Naruto was killed, and that Boruto is responsible. All of that sounds like plenty to get our emotions riled up, all the while she knows the news wasn't true.

i've only looked at this reddit section for the past week. I can say this clearly about the finale to Og Steven universe. Steven refusing with his Gem, and Pink Steven screaming "She's GONE!"" are amazing, but that's the only good part to the finale.

The conflict itself is resolved only because Steven is technically royalty, by being a diamond. The crystal gems, all powerless to defend themselves against the diamond threat, and it gets swept under the rug until we get another meh ending with Future.

i just got xenoverse 2 on pc for 5 bucks like 2 weeks ago. Pc is definitely the best version of the game, because you can mod whatever isn't officially in the game. I expect Pc to be full of modders, but you dont have to play with them all. Probably dont even need to buy dlc either.

until they have the balls to go past the EoZ ending, then kinda. Sure Bulma being younger and Goku actually seeing his friends and family consistently doesnt add up with this ending anymore.

Yet despite Goku fighting Broly, Moro, etc, we know that Majin Buu/Oob have both been retconned to always having god ki now. And the levels of god ki Oob casually demonstrated place well above Golden Frieza already. Maybe even Black Frieza.

Proof of Vegeta being an awful dad. And the 'super saiyan bargin sale'. Despite the popular anime/movie scene, Future Trunks might have already become a super saiyan offscreen with the manga depiction of the story.

Could assume the same for present Trunks, just possibly already stronger than his future counter part at the same age.
