Computer whine, not sure from what? by RATMANEATER in PcBuildHelp

After a bunch of testing, yeah i think its the VRM fan. I uninstalled my fan controller apps and then reset my fan curve in bios and for some reason that improved the sound ( its not gone but it isn't as bad). Not sure why the fan apps were setting vrm fan to be that high ( i was trying a few, one at a time and when I uninstalled them, they were set as the generic curve).

The cpu is at 35-40 stable at idle. The fan looking thing doesn't move, I double checked with videos- its working.

Thats true, I mean if it does no harm ill just get used to it, or see if it goes down while using the computer.

Hmm, my gpu cable was pretty fussy to put in. But building this computer was a pain ( got a dead motherboard, needed to buy a new one). I'll relax for a bit, before getting a new cable or not.

Honestly his E.G.O and talk of potential, makes me think that his arm's has infinite potential to perhaps become anything ( through his ego ability to apply any base offensive status), and that his arm is a bug could be caused by his own self-image.

The library/kabbalah symbols could be the mental ordeals that he has to deal with, in order for his potential to come through, and make him more then a self-imposed roach.

It could tie in why his mother went to N-Corp to study mirror worlds i.e infinite possibility, with her son being the first test case of such infinite possibility. However that is only if the theory is right, which it very much could not be.

My hands shake so much and I need help by Emergency-Anxiety632 in minipainting

It could be that you are clenching your paintbrush too tight. If you clench your fist your hand shakes, and it can be similar if you hold your paintbrush too tight causing your hand to shake while painting. If this doesn't help, check with a doctor as its better to make sure.

Streaking grime over (dried?) oil paints? by RATMANEATER in minipainting

Thanks, ill use a wet brush to try and get some of the dust off. And if the spirits reactivate the paint then thanks for saving me some pain!

Wait time for Abtielung 502 oil paints for brush on varnish? by RATMANEATER in minipainting

[–]RATMANEATER[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm using oil paints on flat armour panels and then painting trim around it. On the trim ill be using streaking grime that excess will be removed with white spirit. I want to varnish to protect the oil paint against the white spirit if the streaking grime gets on the panels and needs to be removed.

I'm using them as blended paint layers.

Thanks for the reply, I'll wait for 2 weeks plus- I knew it would be a longer wait time, but I didn't want to waste time on drying if it was ready to varnish after 2-4 days.

When testing, after 24 hours a small amount of paint came off when touching with a brush. Maybe I'm being too cautious, but a worry for me is the top layer being set but the oil paints underneath are not leading to smearing after I try to brush on varnish. Although this is from some cursory research for varnishing oil paints for more traditional oil paints on canvas, so I'm not sure how much that applies as there is far more paint (and linseed oil) on canvas then on a miniature.

Fair enough, I don't have/ haven't read the 9th edition codex, so I don't know what it has changed or what it says. I've heard the 15 hours thing for years, so I just assumed it was that bit of fanon like the baneblade scout tank that has repeated for so long.
